LifeShare and the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City have partnered to give away three one-year Y memberships to celebrate National Donate Life Month this April. Both LifeShare and the Y are passionate about saving lives through donation.
To enter to win, visit your local YMCA and ask about the promotion with LifeShare. Anyone interested in entering the raffle will register to be an organ, eye and tissue donor. If you’ve already registered to be a donor, we thank you, however you’ll also need to fill out a form in order to enter the drawing. Current YMCA members are eligible to win. Uncompleted forms will not be accepted.
Winners will be chosen the first week of May 2021 and contacted by phone and/or email.
