LifeShare Welcomes New Recovery Surgeon
Alan Hawxby, M.D. FACS, of Oklahoma City has joined LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma as the second full-time Recovery Surgeon on staff.
“We are very honored to welcome Dr. Hawxby to our team,” said Jeffrey Orlowski, President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeShare. “His passion for saving lives, plus his wealth of knowledge and decades of experience in surgical transplant are valuable and will help propel us to save more lives through donation.” In this role, Hawxby is responsible for the surgical recovery of donor organs for transplantation or research.
