LifeShare Network Names New Chief Medical Officer
OKLAHOMA CITY (April 1, 2024) – LifeShare Network announced Ron Squires, M.D. has been named Chief Medical Officer effective April 1.
LifeShare Network is the organization in Oklahoma responsible for organ and tissue donation. In this role, Squires is responsible for the development, implementation and revision of the medical processes, procedures, policies and education that maximize organ and tissue recovery for human transplantation and research to advance organ donation and transplantation. “We are excited to introduce Dr. Squires as our new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Squires has more than 35 years’ experience in Surgery and most recently was a Professor of Surgery with tenure at the University of Oklahoma. During his time with the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Squires also served as the Medical Director at LifeShare Network.
He studied medicine at the University of Missouri – Kansas City with a residency at the University of Oklahoma.
