LIFESHARE CONTINUES FOCUS ON EDUCATION
NAMES NEW DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Tina Mathes, of Yukon, was recently promoted as the Director of Organizational Development at LifeShare of Oklahoma.
“With Tina’s dedication to LifeShare and her experience and vast knowledge of healthcare systems, we are confident she will help us continue educating our staff to further our organization’s purpose,” said Jeffrey Orlowski, President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeShare.
Mathes has 16 years of experience in the healthcare field with focus on education, healthcare administration and research.
In this new position to LifeShare, Mathes will be responsible for clinical onboarding, competency assessment and ongoing education for all staff members. She will also contribute to evaluating clinical education programs and the development and implementation of curriculum for staff.
Mathes earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, and her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University.
