LifeShare Named Top Workplace
Based on surveys of 24,000 employees at more than 100 state businesses, LifeShare earned one of the Top Workplaces in the category of mid-size employers, which range in size from 125 to 349 employees.
The surveys were conducted by The Oklahoman in partnership with Energage, a Philadelphia-based research and consulting firm. Employees answered questions about a variety of factors related to their jobs, including pay and benefits, job satisfaction, room for growth and management quality.
“We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the third year in a row,” said Jeffrey Orlowski, President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeShare. “This achievement is a direct reflection of our organizational commitment to the well-being of our team members. Our team’s dedication to saving lives and serving our community make LifeShare a top organization not only in Oklahoma, but also nationally within the donation field.”
More than 160 employees work at LifeShare, who save lives through organ and tissue donation ranging from careers in finance and marketing to social work and healthcare.
