LIFESHARE CONTINUES FOCUS ON EDUCATION WITH NEW HIRE
NAMES NEW CLINICAL EDUCATION DIRECTOR

Tina Mathes, of Yukon, Okla., recently joined LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma as the Director of Clinical Education.
“Tina comes to LifeShare with an incredible amount of experience in Healthcare Education,” said Jeff Orlowski, President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeShare. “With her experience and vast knowledge of healthcare systems, we are confident Tina will help us continue educating our clinical staff to further our organization’s purpose.”
Mathes has 13 years of experience in the healthcare field with focus on education, healthcare administration and research. Prior to coming to LifeShare, she was employed by INTEGRIS Health as the Manager of Retail eHealth.
In this new position to LifeShare, Mathes will be responsible for clinical onboarding, competency assessment and ongoing education for clinical staff. She will also contribute to evaluating clinical education programs and the development and implementation of curriculum for staff.
Mathes earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in 2014, and is currently in pursuit of her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University.
