LifeShare Oklahoma to Host Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Newly Constructed Organ Donor Memorial
Organization to recognize the gift of life given by organ, eye and tissue donors.
Oklahoma City, OK (April 22, 2025) – LifeShare Oklahoma will host a ribbon-cutting event in honor of the opening of their newly constructed Donor Memorial. The media and public are invited to attend.
Each name displayed on the Donor Memorial represents the countless heroes from across Oklahoma who gave the gift of life through organ, eye, and tissue donation. The memorial stands as a powerful symbol of all donors and their families who have made the selfless choice to give hope to others. The event will be open to the community and all who have been impacted by donation or transplant are encouraged to attend. At the event, LifeShare will share information about National Donate Life Month, hold a flag raising in honor of Donor Remembrance Day and provide opportunities for families to honor their loved ones.
